To maintain optimal performance of your hair dryer, clean your filter when prompted by the yellow flashing LED light, or if you feel reduced airflow. A white light flashes when the filter is absent. Regular filter maintenance should be incorporated into your routine in order to maintain your hair dryer working at its best. LED lights turn red to display heat settings, white for airflow settings and flash white-blue when there's no attachment fitted.
The attachments have been designed to remain cool enough on the outside to allow you to switch between them comfortably. We recommend holding the cool edges when twisting and pulling to remove it.
Our warranty is 2 years on parts and labor, this includes the repair or replacement and ongoing support for your machine. Additionally, you can register for a My Dyson account. Here you can access personalized guides, see your registered machines, track the length left on your warranty and more. If you’d like to return a Dyson machine for a full refund, you need to do so within 30 days of purchase.
No. Each Intelligent attachment has been engineered specifically for the Dyson Supersonic r™ Professional hair dryer, from the shape fitting the nozzle of the machine, to the intelligent presets programmed into each attachment. Attachments from the previous Dyson Supersonic™ Professional hair dryer won’t fit.
The voltage is 120V. Your Dyson Supersonic r™ Professional hair dryer has been precisely engineered for fast drying and styling at the voltage of the country in which it was purchased. As voltage varies from country to country, we recommend you use your machine only in the country where you purchased it.
