For purchases made at a Dyson Demo Store, an exchange can be made for an identical machine with the same specifications. If a different color or model is desired a return and new purchase is required. Dyson Demo Stores can process exchanges on A-grade machines but cannot process warranty issues and exchanges on refurbished machines or machines identified as final sale from the Dyson Outlet.
For purchases of refurbished machines and machines identified as final sale from the Dyson Outlet, sales are final and not subject to exchange.
