How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, it may take 1-2 business days to process before you receive an email with tracking information. If you placed your order while signed into your My Dyson web account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account here. Once logged in, select “My details” and then “My order history” from the top navigation drop down. We will update your account’s order history page as soon the details become available. Please note that if your order includes tools, spare parts, accessories, and/or other promotional gifts, they will ship separately and be delivered within 5-7 business days. 

If you placed an order for a machine that displayed the following message on the product page at time of purchase, then please add the appropriate amount of business days to determine when you will receive your order. This information is also displayed on the basket and checkout pages.

Can I cancel or adjust an order I’ve just placed?

Please contact us if you need to adjust or cancel your order. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or adjust your order once it’s been placed within your account.

When will I receive the spare parts or attachments I ordered?

Tools, spare parts, accessories, and other promotional gifts will be delivered within 5-7 business days of placing the order. If you purchased tools, spare parts, accessories, or other promotional gifts alongside a vacuum, humidifier, fan, heater, purifier, light, hair dryer, hair styler, or hair straightener, please note they will ship separately in 5-7 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost of machines (vacuums, humidifiers, fans, heaters, purifiers, lights, hair dryers, hair stylers, or hair straighteners) is free of charge when ordering on for select zip codes. Eligibility varies by location of order, availability, and the shipping address zip code.


What shipping address restrictions do you have?

Orders will only be accepted from and dispatched to addresses within the continental United States. Dyson cannot currently deliver orders to Canada or any other country outside of the United States. Dyson cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses and cannot guarantee scheduled delivery to Hawaii and Alaska.

Who are your shipping carriers?

Our carriers include UPS, FedEx, GLS, USPS, and Pitney Bowes. Your shipping carrier is assigned based on location of order, shipping address, and shipping speed. When you receive your tracking email, you will receive a tracking number based on which carrier is assigned to your order.

What is your shipping speed?

Scheduled delivery
When ordering a machine that is in stock, you will be given options at checkout to select your delivery date. Eligibility varies by location of order, availability, and the shipping address zip code. Dyson will make every effort to process your order within the stated time frame. Orders for machines may have the option to choose an estimated first-available delivery date during checkout. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Paid expedited shipping
In some areas, you can also choose faster delivery options for an additional fee to get your machine next day.

In-stock orders received by 12:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday will usually ship same day. Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 1:00 p.m. EST, on Saturday or Sunday, or on public holidays. All spare parts and accessories will ship separately and be delivered between 5-7 business days. Any orders that don’t include a machine will incur a $8.95 shipping and handling charge.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

If eligible, you will be given the option at checkout to either ship your order or pick it up. Eligibility varies by location of order, availability, and the shipping address zip code.
