Frequently asked questions

How can I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, it may take 1-2 business days to process before you receive an email with tracking information. This email will include your shipment’s tracking number, allowing you to track your order on the shipping carrier’s website directly.

 

If you placed your order while signed in, you can check your order status by logging into your My Dyson account. Once logged in, select “My details” and then “My order history” from the top navigation drop down. We will update your account’s order history page as soon the details become available.

Can I cancel or adjust an order I’ve just placed?

Please contact us if you need to adjust or cancel your order. Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or adjust your order once it’s been placed within your account.

When will I receive the spare parts or attachments I ordered?

Orders containing a tool, spare part, accessory, styling cream, styling serum, or other promotional gift will be delivered within 5-7 business days of placing the order.

Note: If your order also contained a machine (vacuum, wet cleaner, hair dryer, hair styler, hair straightener, fan, heater, purifier, humidifier, headphones, or lighting), please note it may ship separately.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders. 

 

What shipping address restrictions do you have?

Orders will only be accepted from and dispatched to addresses within the continental United States. Dyson cannot currently deliver orders to Canada or any other country outside of the United States. Dyson cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses and cannot guarantee scheduled delivery to Hawaii and Alaska.

Who are your shipping carriers?

Our carriers include UPS, GLS, and USPS. Your shipping carrier is assigned based on location of order, shipping address, and shipping speed. When you receive your tracking email, you will receive a tracking number based on which carrier is assigned to your order.

On acceptance of orders, Dyson will make every effort to process them within the stated time frame. Dyson will not be held liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events. To ensure the security of purchases, Dyson may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to distribution center and inventory availability. Dyson only ships to US delivery addresses in the 50 states, cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, and cannot guarantee scheduled delivery to Hawaii and Alaska.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

If eligible, you will be given the option at checkout to either ship your order or pick it up. Eligibility varies by location of order, availability, and the shipping address zip code.
