Does the brushbar spin whilst in contact with the low pile carpet?

The issue appears to be resolved

The brushbar may stall on long piled carpets and rugs, this is normal and helps prevent damage to the machine or surface.

Using the machine in standard (not max) power mode will help avoid this, although it may not be possible to use the motorized head on very long pile.
