Maintaining the roller
To ensure optimum performance, it’s important to wash your machine’s roller after every use. Rinse with clean water and detergent, before leaving to air-dry in a warm well-ventilated space.

Emptying the waste tray
Hold the cleaner head level over a sink. Press and hold the red quick-release button, then slide the cassette out of the main body. Remove the long red cover inside and empty the waste tank.

The service includes labor and spare parts where required (excluding additional accessories and filters), which are guaranteed for 12 months or until service support ends for your machine – whichever is soonest.
