The shipping cost of your vacuum cleaner, fan and/or fan heater is free of charge when ordering from the Dyson Store.

We aim to deliver items that are in-stock within 3-7 business days in the continental United States. Please note that there are a small number of zip codes where we will not be able to deliver to within this time frame.

All tools and spare part orders will incur a $8.95 shipping and handling charge. Orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days upon receipt of your order, subject to availability.

Tools, accessories and spare parts are shipped from Buffalo, NY.

Dyson Store Returns Policy

If you wish to return any product purchased from the Dyson Store within the first 30 days, please contact us prior to returning your merchandise. You can email or call:

To receive a refund for an item purchased from Dyson, please follow these three steps:

  1. Contact us via email or phone to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method.
  2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Dyson packaging.
  3. Bring your returned item(s) to The UPS Store nearest you within 30 days of purchase. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.

If you do not have the original packaging, please bring your machine to The UPS Store to be packaged there. You will be responsible for any packaging costs.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing. The return shipping and a restocking/handling fee will be deducted from the refund. Dyson will pay for the return freight only if the return is a result of our error.

The restocking/handling fee varies by product:

Upright vacuum cleaners, Canister vacuum cleaners - $14.99 restocking/handling fee per unit

Cordless and Handheld vacuum cleaners, Fans and Fan Heaters - $9.99 restocking/handling fee per unit

Tools, accessories and spare parts - $2.99 restocking/handling fee per unit

30 Day Money Back Policy

Please note that all products purchased from the Dyson Store must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping and restocking fee. The Dyson Store will pay for return freight only if the return is a result of our error (incorrect product shipped, product defect, etc.).
