With long, fine bristles which direct air deep into the hair to deliver volume and body, the Large round volumizing brush brush creates tension to shape the hair as it dries. It helps people with longer hair style more easily, faster and with more volume³.

A honeycomb structure at the base of the attachment ensures even distribution of airflow during styling. The combination bristle density and controlled airflow create optimum control for smooth hair.

Engineered to disperse air evenly, the Diffuser simulates natural drying, helping to reduce frizz and define natural waves, curls, and coils. An equal distribution of air is controlled through a mesh at the base. Its prongs also alternate in direction, aiding in controlled airflow for an even distribution of air to help enhance natural curls.

Dyson’s Hyperdymium motor spins at up to 125,000rpm, to deliver 240 air watts of powerful suction². After dry vacuuming and when the Dyson Submarine™ wet roller head is attached, power is automatically diverted from the Hyperdymium™ motor, so there is no vacuum suction. This prevents water entering the motor and ensures contaminated water and debris is collected in the tray inside the Dyson Submarine™ wet roller head.

The Dyson Airwrap^TM multi-styler harnesses Dyson’s digital motor to create a phenomenon known as the Coanda effect. A 13-bladed impeller spins up to 110,000 revolutions per minute, and the Dyson digital motor V9 creates a wind pressure of 3.2 kpa, creating the Coanda effect.  The Coanda effect occurs when a high-speed jet of air flows across a surface and, due to differences in pressure, the air flow attaches itself to the surface. Taking advantage of this principle, Dyson’s team of aerodynamicists created a way to style hair using only air combined with heat. The result creates a natural look with a sleek finish, and no heat damage.

The Dyson Airwrap^TM multi-styler does not rely on heat alone to change the bonds within the hair structure, resetting them into a new style. Using air helps to achieve volume in the curl, avoiding heat damage. The Dyson Airwrap^TM styler features Intelligent Heat Control to measure and regulate heat. By keeping the temperature below 302°F, it helps protect hair from heat damage and maintains shine across all hair types.
