Please note that most tools, parts, accessories, and other promotional gifts will ship separately and be delivered within 10-15 business days. While these deliveries may take longer than your Dyson technology machine deliveries, the latest updates will be provided to you through emails and on your order tracking page as soon a they become available to us.

Will the delivery of my order be affected?
We are trying our best to deliver our products on time. However, due to high demand and the ongoing health emergency, delivery and support may be delayed unexpectedly.
Are Dyson Demo Stores & Dyson Service Centers open?
Per guidance from local authorities, Dyson Demo Stores and select Dyson Service Center locations have reopened with adjusted business hours and new measures to make your in-store shopping experience as hygienic and safe as possible. Please refer to your store or service center's page for the most up-to-date information on openings and store hours.
Can I still return my order as usual?
Yes. Most Dyson products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Dyson V11™ cordless vacuums CSYS™ task lights, Lightcycle™ task lights, and Lightcycle Morph™ lights can be returned for a full refund within 90 days from the date of purchase.
If you wish to return any product purchased from Dyson Direct, please contact our toll-free Contact Center at 1-866-MY-DYSON (1-866-693-9766) or visit Dyson.com/returns prior to returning your items. Please allow 4-8 weeks for return processing. Products returned to Dyson will receive a full refund.
