Frequently asked questions- Trade-In Event

Can I bring any brand of machine to the Trade-In Event?

Yes. Any brand of hair care machine, vacuum, fan, purifier, headphones, or lamp will be accepted. You can trade in any corded hair dryers, corded hair straighteners, corded curling irons, hot rollers, upright vacuums, cordless vacuums, dust busters/handheld/car vacuums, robot vacuums

Brooms, mops, air purifiers, corded fans, humidifiers, space heaters, corded headphones, bluetooth headphones, desk lamps, table lamps. 

Does the machine I trade-in need to work?

You can trade in your current machine in any condition. The machine you bring to the Dyson Store does not have to function. We will dispose of it for you.  

Do I need to bring the same type of machine in to receive my discount?

Regardless of what type of machine you bring in you can apply the discount to the MSRP of a single, select Dyson hair care machine, vacuum, fan, purifier, headphones, or lighting. Exclusions apply. Please see the details on product exclusions.  

Can I use the discount on more than one new Dyson Machine?

This offer can only be applied to the MSRP of one eligible Dyson hair care machine, vacuum, fan, purifier, headphones, or lighting.  

Are any Dyson machines excluded from this offer?

This offer does not apply to: Airwrap Co-anda2x, Dyson styling products. Dyson reserves the right to rescind or modify this offer at any time

Do I get a discount if I buy the same model I borrowed?

You’ll be eligible for whatever in-store offers are running at the time; tradeup terms are still being finalized.Â
