Turn off and unplug the machine.

Lay the appliance on its front. There is a latch on the connection between the ball and cleaner head. Slide it towards the ball, supporting the appliance as you do so.

Pull the Cleaner head away from the appliance. Use a constant, firm pressure.

Beware of sharp objects when clearing obstructions.

There is a button on the back of the Cleaner head. Press it down and rotate the end cap to the open position and place it aside. Gently slide the cylindrical Brush bar out from the Cleaner head.

Remove any debris such as hair from the brush bar.
