Checking for blockages

Remove the loop amplifier from the telescopic stand by pulling gently on the loop.

Remove the telescopic stand from the main body by turning the telescope anti-clockwise.

Check the loop and telescope for any debris or blockages.

Ensure the seal is not damaged or missing and no debris visible around the main body.

Now please refit all the parts, ensuring no debris or no uneven gaps and retest.

Checking for blockages

Remove the loop amplifier from the telescopic stand by pulling gently on the loop.

Remove the telescope from the main body.

Check the loop and telescpope for debris.

Ensure the seal is not damaged or missing and no debris visible around the main body.

Now please refit all the parts, ensuring no debris or no uneven gaps and retest.

Distance check

Turn the airflow control to maximum.

Hold a sheet of newspaper approximately 4 meters (13') away from the product.

The paper should lift beyond 45o

Does the newspaper lift beyond 45 degrees?

Checking for blockages in the loop and base

Remove the loop amplifier from the telescopic stand by pulling gently on the loop.

Remove the telescopic stand from the main body by turning the telescope anti-clockwise.

Check the loop and telescope for any debris or blockages.

Ensure the seal is not damaged or missing and no debris visible around the main body.

Test the remote control

Ensure that the remote is facing the correct way and has a clear line of sight to the base of the machine.

Test the desired control option.

Test battery

Unscrew the remote control's battery compartment.

Loosen the base and pull it away from the remote.

Ensuring the battery is facing the correct way.

Retest the remote control.

Has reinserting the battery resolved the problem?

Camera test

The remote LED is invisible to the human eye, only a digital camera or smartphone can show this is working.

Using a digital phone or camera, aim the LED at the lens and see if a red light shines through it.

Does the LED show through the camera screen?

Retry remote

Retry the remote with the machine again, ensuring no obstructions.

Does the remote control work?

Replace battery

Replace the battery in the remote and call back if the problem persists.

Replace the battery with type CR 2032.

Has replacing the battery resolved the problem?

Checking the machine

Ensure all the feet are attached to the base of the machine.

Place the fan on a flat, non-slip surface.

Also ensure the blue tape used during transit has been removed.

Please ensure that the remote is being pointed directly at the front of the machine while pressing the button.

Does the airspeed change?

Test remote buttons

Do the other buttons on the remote work?

Change base airflow

Toggle the central airflow control.

Turn clockwise to increase airflow.

Interruption in electricity

Unplug the machine and leave it for 10 seconds.

Assemble your machine

Lower the main body onto the base, aligning the arrows.

Turn the base clockwise until it clicks into place.

Lower the telesope onto the base, aligning the arrows.

Once aligned, turn the telescope clockwise to lock.

Lower the loop amplifier onto the telescope.

The remote control can be magnetically attatched to the top of the loop.

The serial number can be found on the base of the machine.

Power

To operate, point the remote control toward the front of the base and press the standby ON/OFF button.

Alternatively press the standby ON/OFF button on the main body.

Please note, the remote control can be magnetically attatched to the top of the loop.

Oscillation

Toggle oscillation on or off with the remote.

Airflow

Airflow can be set by the airflow buttons on the remote.

Gently move the loop backward or forward for the required airflow angle.

Lift or push air loop up or down for required airflow height.

Using the base controls

  1. This is the Standby button on the appliance and it is used to turn the machine ON/OFF.
  2. This is the oscillation button on the appliance and it is used to start/stop the fan turning.
  3. This is the central airflow control on the appliance and it is used to adjust the speed of the airflow.
