If your attachments won't stay on your Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler and dryer, it could be for a number of reasons:
- The attachment may not be locked onto the main body – All attachments click into place. To change attachment, slide the Release button and remove using the cool tip or edge.
- The attachment connection may be broken – Order a new attachment. Spares and accessories are listed above or order at Dyson.com
- The main body locking clip may be broken – Contact customer support.

It is important to regularly clean your Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler and dryer. To do so:
- Clean your filter regularly to maintain powerful airflow and keep your styler performing at its best. We recommend cleaning once a month, or when the white LED flashes continuously.
- Remove the filter cage by sliding down the power cord and opening at the split line.
- Use the C-brush or a soft toothbrush to gently clean the filter mesh. Don't use chemicals or water.
- To clean the filter cage, loosen debris with your brush, then rinse the cage and brush under warm running water.
- Apply a pea-sized amount of clarifying shampoo to the brush and use it to lightly scrub the filter cage. Rinse for 20 seconds, until all shampoo is removed.
- Shake filter cage to remove excess water. Gently pinch with a paper towel to squeeze-dry. Hold the filter cage up to the light to check it's clean.
- Allow the filter cage to fully dry before proceeding. Secure the filter cage back onto the machine.

- White flashing light – Clean the filter.

To get the most out of your Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler and dryer, connect it to the MyDyson™ app. To do this:
- Download the MyDyson™ app and create your account. If you already have an account, log in.
- Power on your Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ multi-styler and dryer and add the machine to the app. Bluetooth® wireless technology must be enabled on your mobile device.
- Follow the steps to pair your Airwrap i.d.™. Airflow will be active during this time.
- Once paired, power off your Airwrap i.d.™. Continue set-up in the app to enable features such as the i.d. curl ™ personalised curling sequence.

To use the i.d. curl™ personalised curling sequence, first connect to the MyDyson™ app and set up your hair profile. This contains the information required to create an i.d. curl™ personalised curling sequence, with the ideal timings to wrap, curl and set your hair.
- Push the power button all the way up. The i.d. curl™ personalised curling sequence will activate, and the sequence will begin.
- Take a section of hair and hold it against the device until it latches on. There’s no need to count or time, as i.d. curl™ personalised curling sequence does it automatically. As the timer begins, it will start wrapping, styling and then activate a cold shot to set your curl.
- The device will go into ultra-low flow mode where the curl will be released. You’re then ready for your next curl.
