No. You shouldn’t try to pick up water or other liquids with the Dyson V9™ vacuum. To remove stains, liquid spills and to wash hard floors, please see the Dyson V9 Submarine™ wet and dry vacuum cleaner.
Yes. The battery detaches with one click, without screws. So it's easy to remove and replace. You can also buy additional batteries to increase overall run time.
