I had a hard time finding the location and Jeff gave me directions via phone. Once I arrived it literally took him three minutes to fix my vacuum. Since it was under warranty it was no charge! Don't fuss about finding paper work to show purchase, they can tell by some identification on the vacuum. Jeff was so friendly too, great customer service experience parallels the excellent product!

I want to thank the staff at the Westbrook Drive location. I was in the store yesterday for an issue with our Dyson, my plan was drop it off and come back and get it, but they were able to resolve the issue within minutes and I was literately in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service that you just don't find much any more.

This place is an absolute must for dyson owners. Although it's a drive from Westerville, I walked in with my machine, was greeted promptly, and left 15 minutes later with my vacuum repaired and ready to go. Given that this dyson is the best vacuum I've ever owned, the drive and repair cost is oh so worth it.

I might not think about writting a review for a place like this, if our experience wasn't so great. We walked in and were immediately helped. Not fill out a form, not come back tomorrow. The guy immediately started fixing it right there, replacing major components, trying it, then fixing some more. He was satisfied until the thing worked like brand new. Then the best part, it's all under warranty. I'm not even sure how he knew. I could have found the thing in a trash bin, picked it up at a garage sale. It was fixed for free. I'm one that's thought Dyson vacuums were a bit too pricey, but I'm a convert. I won't buy anything else from now on.

Our Dyson wasn't picking up like it used to and I stumbled upon this Dyson repair shop by accident and thought we'd give it a shot. Jeff greeted us upon our arrival and assisted us as soon as he was done with another customer. He explained to us what the problem was and how to remedy it. We expected to have to leave it for a few days or so but he had it fixed for us in less than 10 minutes! Excellent customer service! Thank you!
