Buying from the Website

  2. Your electronic or telephone order is an offer to buy from Dyson Direct Inc. Dyson Direct Inc. reserves the right not to accept an order at its sole discretion.
  3. Once you have submitted an order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the details of your order (name, address, product ordered, price, etc.). Such e-mail is a confirmation that the order has been received by Dyson Direct Inc. and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Dyson Direct Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, regardless of whether your order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your order is declined or cancelled by Dyson Direct Inc. after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, Dyson Direct Inc. will promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
  4. Payment for the goods you order must be made by MasterCard or Visa credit card. If your payment is rejected by the card issuer your order will not be dispatched. Payment is made at your own risk.
  5. The prices and availability of the goods displayed on this website are subject to change without notice.
  6. The ownership of the ordered goods will only pass following payment in full.

Returns

  1. Offer valid for purchases made from – April 28 2009 to May 5 2009, or while supplies last. Offer available for shipment within the US only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. This offer is valid with purchase of a Dyson Root 6 vacuum from Dyson.com only. Dyson reserves the right to withdraw, amend or otherwise modify this promotion at any time. There are no cash or other substitutes.

  2. You must return the goods in their original packaging to us at your expense. Note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we might not be able to accept their return. Otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price to you (excluding delivery charges) to the card you originally used for the purchase.
  3. Goods returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the goods to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us.
