I've brought 2 Dyson vacuums here in they span of a couple years and both times I have had service that went about and beyond. The person working the front is quick at processing my issue and the service was performed in a reasonable amount of time - actually only took them about 2 days.
Now for the best part: when I went to pick up my vacuum, I was told that there was no charge. Now this vacuum is probably about 3 years old so I can't imagine it would be under any kind of warranty. And the issue was a broken button that was my fault. So I was fully expecting to pay. They are the Apple of vacuum and I will always go back!
