Came here during my lunch break and the technician was very friendly, fast and knowledgeable even when he was the only person on his shift. So glad I work nearby here with an hour lunch. He also showed me partially why my vacuum wasn't working properly and fixed my circuit breaker for my brush. Thank you dyson for your 5 yr warranty as well. Glad I bought this brand as my first vacuum

Our Dyson is almost 5 years old and a small piece snapped off, resulting in us being unable to return the handle to the upright position. I brought it in to the service center, and Dana not only repaired the broken piece, he also gave our vacuum a full tune-up! He had the work completed within 45 minutes, no charge (under warranty), and it's running like new again :) Thank you!

I brought my dyson in to get a new air filter and Trevor went above and beyond... Made sure the handles and release lever below worked properly. I left in 20mis and couldn't be any more satisfied.

My dyson was not working right so I drove to the Kirkland Dyson service center. I was expecting to leave it and pay to have it repaired. Dana came out to help me. He took a look at my machine and in less than 10 minutes he replaced the whole front roller bar part which had become broken. He then checked other parts to make sure the machine was working in all areas. I expected him to tell me it would be about $100 but he looked inside behind the canister to tell me my machine was made in 2010 and still under warranty. All I had to do is fill out the warranty card. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes with my fixed Dyson. I couldn't be happier with the stellar service from Dana! I wish I had found them sooner when the machine had started acting up. Great job!

i went in for the first time because my dyson wasn't working the way it used to. the staff quickly determined that i needed a new filter and that my rollerbar was clogged with pet fur. they replaced both under warranty, with no charge. awesome! and kudos to the handsome, bearded guy with blue eyes for doing it all in about ten minutes!
