The service from the people here and Dyson was outstanding. I traveled from SF to Hayward and met Will when I came in. My carpet attachment was not spinning and made a horrible noise. Will took a look at it and diagnosed the problem on the spot noting that it had to be replaced. He offered to check in the back if there was a spare, which there was and after taking my information and the vacuum serial number gave me the new part, even though it was slightly (a few weeks) after the warranty period. This saved me A LOT of money and only took 15 minutes.
This is what creates brand loyalty and more companies should take note. Thanks again.
