Returning an order

If you wish to return an accessory or part ordered from Dyson, please contact our toll-free Helpline at 1-866-my-dyson (866-693-9766), between the hours of:-

  • 8am - 8pm (CST) Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 3pm (CST) on Saturday
  • 10am - 2pm (CST) on Sunday

All accessories and parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be refunded in full. Returns are shipped back to Dyson at the customers’ expense.
