We are confident that our online Customer Service section will allow you to resolve most queries you may have with your Dyson vacuum cleaner without the need to speak to our Ask Dyson Helpline.
However, if you have a further query, or did not find the answer you were looking for, please contact our Ask Dyson experts who will discuss your query over the phone and, if required, book a service for you. Usually a Dyson Service Engineer can call at your home, or at another convenient address to service your machine.
If a Dyson Service Engineer is required and you wish to claim under the terms of your Dyson guarantee, your Dyson Service Engineer will need to see your proof of purchase/delivery note before the work can begin. If you have an extended warranty policy, you will need to show your certificate of insurance as well.
Some insurance companies insist that the policy holder obtains an authorisation number from them prior to booking a repair. Please check your documentation for further information.
